Are you a born leader? Do you have the proper personality or attitude to be a leader? Well, being a leader is more than just telling people to do specific task. In this age and year, a leader must be aware and excel in every possible parts be it from mental state to psychology.

Emotion – Leaders are great in handling frustration and stress. They are able to adjust and have the psychological maturity to handle whatever task or obstacles that comes at them.

Charisma – Able to motivate your employees? Able to pitch a specific product with complete understanding and allow clear understanding between Speaker and Listener?

Management – Handle, Train, Inspire and Socialize with your team. Able to manage team and various task – which time management also plays an important role. Able to manage everything carefully is what required by a leader. Without proper management, your team or business may fall.

Listen to advice, Listen to complains, Listen to basically everything. The best way to improve oneself is by first – listening.

Judgment – It’s an important rule that leaders have a great judgment. Able to see what’s the best choice for business or for whatever choices that are given upon. Able to judge with great perception.

Competitive - Must be competitive. Think on how to improve on certain areas in a healthy way. It’s good to have a competitive mindset – but it’s a must to have a positive mindset and a healthy competition.

Open-minded – Be ready for change – anytime, anywhere, anyhow.

Character – Be a strong, self-confident person but able to take advice – and able to judge whether that advice is worth the change.

Intuition – Able to make choices depending on self-awareness, rather than certain choices with facts & figures – Risk taker.

I strive to be as correct as possible but do correct me if in any way I am wrong. I hope this serve as a good guide for those who are striving for success and becoming a great leader in terms of business management or team building.

Greetings, been reading news lately and saw this interesting article from menshealth which can be found here(LINK)

It’s a great article on fixing your posture, and it’s advisable to take a look. Especially if we’re sitting In front of the computer for long hours, and we have an incompatible chair. It’s best to fix the posture at early stage, before it gets worse.

Finally in Brunei.

December 22nd, 2011 | Posted by in My Journey - (0 Comments)

Finally, after studying in Malaysia for 4 years, I’m back to Brunei. This is a great new start for me. New journey, New life & New Friends. Of course, my friends in KL, there’s always a place in my heart.

Now back to the main topic. I’ve started my business since few months ago – and now I’m finally able to do it full-time. I’m eager to see what the outcome will be by pouring all my time and soul into it. I’m also doing self-improvement learning on myself and on other areas which I’m lacking.

Seems like there’s nothing much changes in Kuala Belait except for the new bowling center and Cinema which I paid a short visit last night.

However, from now I’ll blog the journey which I’ve undertaken to be a successful entrepreneur in Brunei Darussalam. There are many great IT website, however most are spread through word of mouth here. Seems like I need to do some digging and research to know more about IT firm in Brunei.

Have a great day guys, I’m out to sort a few of my personal stuffs.

It’s awesome to see how kinect – from checking player’s movement in games to usage in business etc.
With just using kinect as a base technology, it has by far evolved to greater capabilities other than it’s main purpose – for games.

It’s an awesome video – which is a must to check out.

Enjoy.
